Terms of Service
Terms of Service for the independent Jev learning site, simulated demos, cost estimates, and third-party case videos.
Last updated: 2026-09-27
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
jevaiplayground.com is an independent educational website. Its public guides, case library, simulated decision examples, and cost calculator help you understand Jev workflows. Public learning pages are free to browse. The site is not operated by, affiliated with, or an official partner of TypeSafe AI.
Our simulations illustrate decision logic; they are not calls to the live Jev API and do not establish model accuracy or latency. Case videos belong to their original publishers and show third-party projects. A featured project does not imply that we built, tested, or endorse every part of it.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue site features. Original posts or embedded videos may become unavailable if a publisher or hosting platform changes access.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
An account is not required to read public guides or use the public calculator. If you use an optional site account, it is separate from your TypeSafe account and does not grant API access, a TypeSafe subscription, or provider credit.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Payment and Billing
The public learning tools do not sell TypeSafe tokens or collect payment for TypeSafe API usage. Purchases made through the official Console are governed by TypeSafe’s terms and billing policies. If a separate paid site feature is offered, its price and applicable terms must be presented at checkout; the calculator is not a checkout or a binding quote.
Pricing, credits, and technical information
Cost estimates depend on the token and request counts you enter and the documented rate shown on the page. They exclude other services, preprocessing, and differences between estimated and actual token usage. Previously announced free credit does not guarantee that a new account is eligible or that registration is available.
Check the linked official source and its verification date before making a purchase or deploying a workflow. Prices, model versions, access rules, and rate limits can change. Our Jev limitations guide explains why a structured answer still needs task-specific evaluation and appropriate safeguards.
Intellectual Property
Original site explanations and design remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Jev and TypeSafe names, third-party videos, linked documents, and creator materials remain the property of their respective owners. Embedding or linking to material does not transfer ownership or grant permission to download, republish, or commercially reuse it. Where an example has a separate source-code license, consult that license before reuse.
Third-party services and privacy
TypeSafe Console, X posts, and other external services have their own availability, account rules, terms, and privacy policies. We cannot issue their credits, recover their accounts, or guarantee their uptime. Review TypeSafe’s legal documents for its API service and our Privacy Policy for this website’s analytics and embeds.
Termination
We may restrict access to account features in response to abuse or violations of these terms. Existing account holders can use support tickets to ask about account access or closure. Closing a site account does not close a TypeSafe account.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
Contact
Existing site account holders can submit questions through support tickets, which require sign-in. Questions about TypeSafe API access, billing, or credit should go to TypeSafe through its official channels.
